Join us as we begin an Online Grief Support Group in February for those who have experienced the death of a loved one.
Dates & Location
Meeting Thursdays, starting 2/20/25* from 11:30am - 1:00pm MT for 4 weeks in a virtual, secure meeting space
*Dates: 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13
Who & Why
Grief Support Groups are a key support for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Adults 18+ who have experienced grief/loss
Individuals feeling stuck, frustrated, hopeless, confused, or tired of their grief
This type of support works well in addition to individual therapy.
Group support can be especially to connect and share with those that “get it.”
Topics: Identity Impacts after Loss, Unfinished Business (Things Left Undone), Connections / Continuing Bonds with The Deceased, Coping Skills for Real Life
Investment
$100 (includes 4- 90min group sessions)
This will be a closed group (ie: same participants in all sessions)
