Join us as we begin an Online Grief Support Group in February for those who have lost a loved one.
ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP: “NAVIGATING YOUR GRIEF'“
4-Week Online Grief Support Group Starting in February
Dates & Location
Meeting Thursdays, starting February 20th, 2025* from 11:30am - 1:00pm MT
for 4 weeks in a virtual, secure meeting space
*Dates: 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13
Who & Why
Grief Support Groups are a key support for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one*.
This type of support works well in addition to individual therapy.
Group support allows you to connect and share with others that “get it.”
*Adults 18+ who have experienced grief/loss
Investment
$100
This includes four 90-minute group sessions.
This will be a closed group (i.e: same participants in all sessions). We highly recommend attending all three sessions for best support.
Can’t Join Us? No worries, we get it. Be sure to stay on the lookout for future grief offerings.

Grief Group Support can be a supportive addition to individual therapy or other resources you may already have. We believe that access to multiple supports can be helpful and important, especially in healing and living again in the wake of grief and loss.
